Tilburg Zoap

Yesterday, my part in TilburgZoap stories was published. It is an honor for me to have my first Dutch story among so many good writers like Jasper Mikkers who I truly admire. Though it is my first Dutch story, and I wrote it in half an hour (I had lack of time because of other things), I'm happy with my malformed story.
Besides that, I loved the funny pictures below the story. When my eyes met the pictures, I started laughing so hard... It is amazing, seeing that the images in your mind had reached the reader (the illustrator, in this case) so well.
Also I would like to thank the editor-in-chief, Mr. Alard Govers, for this fun opportunity.

Beating knowledge

A scientist with a heart
A settlement between generations
A mission
to care
for a better perception
So take a good observation
of this mingle of texture
of this gift
of colorful nature
in every corner of her
for every person
to find a shelter
in her
infinity

Liberation Day

Happy Liberation Day everyone

I am so grateful that I live in a country, which I love and which has liberty day; a day in which they celebrate their almost boundless freedoms.
Unfortunately due to many backlogs that I have to catch-up, I have no time to celebrate. Still, this is a very good day to remind you of many people around the world who don’t have the daily free life that we are used to, here. I know that many activists are always walking and shouting about so much injustice around the world. But I will try to do so as well.
I just read about two women, Ronak Safarzadeh and Hana Abdi, who are imprisoned in Iran because of these same actions they have taken for the sake of equal rights for both sexes in Iran. One has been accused of being an enemy of God, and the other of conspiracy against the regime. This could lead to 2 to 10 years imprisonment for Hana and death penalty for Ronak.
Please be kind enough to send letters to Head of Judiciary, Minister of Intelligence, Governor of Kordestan Province, and a copy to the President, and Director Human Rights Headquarters of Iran.
You could just copy and paste the sample letter and e-mail or fax it to them (see below for e-mail addresses and fax no.), which won’t even take five minutes of your time, but it will save years or even a life time for these two activists.

Happy Liberation Day, once again.
